Dyeing Method : |

The Dyebath is set at 40°C with dye solution and carry out dyeing for 10 min. Add half amount of salt and
raise temeprature to 60°C in 15 mts. Then add remaining half amount of salt and raise temprature to 80-85°C
Further 15 mts. Continue Dyeing for more 15 mts. at same temperature. Now add a half amount of Soda ash and
continy dyeing at 80-85°C for 15 mts. then add remaining half amount of Soda ash and continue dyeing at
same temperature for further 45-60mts. and wash. |

Pad Dyeing method : |
| |
The are applicable by cold pad-batch method using Sodium Silicate + Caustic
Soda as alkali or Glauber's salt + Caustic Soda as alkali. |

Set the dyebath at room temp. Carry out dyeing with dye solution for 5-10 minutes. Then add half amout
of required salt and continue dyeing spaer for further 10 minutes.Add remaining half amount salt and increase tempreture to 60°C in 20-30 mins. while continuing dyeing. At 60°C continue dueing for more 10 mins. Then add half amount of alkali and continue dyeingfor 10-15 mins. Add remaining half amount of alkali and continue dyeing 45 to 60 mins. at60°C |
