Set the dyebath at 30°C temperature. Add hall amount of dye solution and carry out dyeing fro 5-10 minutes. Add reamining half amount and continue dyeing for further 5-10 minutes. Now add half amount of required salt and continue dyeing for 15 minutes. Add
remaining half amount of Salt and continue
dyeing for further 15 minutes.
Now add half amount of soda ash solution
and carry out dyeing for 15 minutes. Then add remaining half amount of Soda ash and
continue dyeing for 40 to 45 minutes. Then
wash with cold and hot water. Soap at boil for 20 minutes and cold rinse and dry.

The Charateristic feature of 'VS' dyes is their good dischargebility of dyes grounds.
The white discharge Prints are produced on grounds dyed by any of the above dyeing method.
The illustrated shades card Shreemmazol 'VS' dyes are dyed by pad-batch method.
Dyeing Methods :
The fabric is padded through following Pad-Liquid at 70% expression and covered with platic sheet.
It is then kept for 24 houres and then washed off.
